Good seasoning is the heart of all delicious food, and we think a great pepper blend is one of the best ways to enhance just about every meal.  We currently make two different custom blends of black pepper, RoundHouse and HotShot.

ROUNDHOUSE is a delicious hand-ground blend of colorful peppercorns and dried veggies, perfect for use in your every-day cooking both as seasoning and garnish.

HOTSHOT is a fiery blend engineered to be HOT!  We put our entire crew to work, ratcheting up the BTU’s with a crush of the world’s hottest peppers (including

Habanero, Chipotle Morita, Arbol, Jalapeño, Thai, Smoked Serrano,  Bhut Jolokia and Red Chile).  Possibly just short of a trainwreck, this pepper blend’s ETA is faster than you think!  It's for the serious pepper-lover.

Our natural pepper blends are bottled in 2.5 oz. net weight quantities (71 grams) in Kalispell, Montana, and are non-GMO and gluten-free.
